1. Who we are

LoopMix is developed and published by Ergonomis. This policy covers the LoopMix iOS application and the LoopMix AUv3 audio plugin distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Data we do not collect

LoopMix does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, Apple ID, device ID)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to our servers
• Audio recordings — loops are processed and stored locally only
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Any data shared with third parties

3. Microphone access

LoopMix requests access to the microphone solely to enable the AUv3 audio plugin to receive audio input from your device or connected audio interface.

• Audio is processed entirely on-device, in real time.
• No audio is recorded to disk by the app itself (loops live in RAM only, cleared when the session ends).
• No audio is ever transmitted over the network.

4. Local storage

LoopMix stores a small set of preferences locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This includes settings such as selected theme and MIDI channel. This data never leaves your device.

5. Third-party SDKs and analytics

LoopMix does not integrate any third-party analytics SDK, advertising network, or tracking framework. The app contains no code from Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Meta, or any equivalent service.

6. Apple platform data

LoopMix is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect aggregated, anonymised data about app downloads and crashes as part of the standard App Store platform. This data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and is not accessible to Ergonomis in identifiable form.

7. Children’s privacy

LoopMix is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data from any user, no special provisions are required under COPPA or equivalent regulations.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Because we collect no personal data, changes are unlikely to affect your rights in any material way.
